Welcome
I am delighted to introduce you to the Archer Academy, an ambitious community school which celebrates academic success, creative thinking and social responsibility in equal measure.
One of the questions I am often asked is, what makes your school different? There are so many factors that make the Archer Academy an exceptional place to be; but here is just a taste of why I believe our school, and our students, are thriving.
From a purely learning perspective, we have high aspirations for our students, and we work with each one individually to ensure that they realise their potential. Hard work and success are championed and rewarded, and every student is challenged to aim high, think big and achieve more than they ever thought possible.
But of course, a successful school is about much more than just the classroom, and we also pride ourselves on the extra opportunities we offer, both during and after the school day, which allow our students to discover their passions and talents and to think about where these might take them.
Our school is the place where our students grow into young adults, and we support and challenge them at every stage to take responsibility for themselves, to value others, and to be the best that they can be. We can already see the thoughtful, successful people they are becoming, and are very proud of the part we are playing in their development.
You can find out more about what makes us different elsewhere on this site; but to really understand what life at the Archer Academy is like, do please come and see us.
