Welcome from the Executive Headteacher

It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the Bishop Challoner Catholic Federation of Schools.Choosing the right secondary school for your child is one of the most important decisions you will ever make.  Here at Bishop Challoner, we aim to provide an outstanding education for all students, through instilling in all of our young people a genuine and lifelong love for learning.  This is undertaken within a happy, safe and caring community.

We place great emphasis on academic achievement here at Bishop Challoner and firmly believe that all students should strive for personal excellence in every aspect of school life.  Our school community is rooted in Gospel values which underpin all that we do, making our mission statement ‘Christ at the Centre’, a reality for all. We cannot succeed in isolation and we expect to form a mutually supportive, honest and constructive partnership with our parents, enabling our young people to make outstanding progress and achieve success.
